How long until my piece arrives?

Every piece is finished to order, not pulled from a warehouse. Current lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order to shipment, plus delivery time. We confirm your specs within one business day of your order and keep you updated at every stage.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 48 hours of placing it. Email us and we will refund you in full, including delivery, no questions asked. After 48 hours we begin sourcing and purchasing the specific materials for your piece, and at that point the order can no longer be canceled. If you are outside the window but something has changed, reach out anyway. We cannot promise anything, but if we have not yet bought your materials we will do what we can.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

Because each piece is built and finished specifically for you, in your chosen size and stain or paint color, we cannot accept returns for change of mind after the 48-hour cancellation window. If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, that is always covered: contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

What if I can't decide on a finish?

Read our Wood & Finish Guide for the full lineup, and reach out before ordering if you are torn between two colors. We are happy to talk it through. You can also change your stain or paint color after ordering, as long as finishing work has not started.

Can you match a specific paint color?

Yes. Choose "Painted: Custom Color" on the product, then add your paint code from any major brand in the order notes at checkout. We confirm the color with you before the build starts.

How does delivery work for furniture this size?

Large pieces ship by furniture freight, not parcel carriers. Your piece arrives carefully boxed in major components with all hardware and step-by-step instructions, so it fits through stairwells and doorways that a fully assembled piece could not clear. Assembly is straightforward with basic household tools. The carrier calls ahead to schedule a delivery window once your piece is finished. Does my piece arrive finished, or do I have to stain it?

Fully finished. Your stain or paint is hand-applied in our workshop and completely cured before your piece ships. You are assembling a finished piece, never building or finishing one.

Where is your furniture made?

Every piece is handcrafted from solid wood to our exact specifications, then hand-finished in your chosen color and inspected in our East Tennessee workshop before it ships to you.

How do I pay?

Orders are paid in full at checkout. We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
