How long until my piece arrives?

Every piece is finished to order, not pulled from a warehouse. Current lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order to shipment, plus delivery time. We confirm your specs within one business day of your order and keep you updated at every stage.

Can I return a made-to-order piece?

Because each piece is finished specifically for you, in your chosen stain or paint color, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. If your piece arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you.

What if I can't decide on a finish?

Read our Wood & Finish Guide for the full lineup, and reach out before ordering if you are torn between two colors. We are happy to talk it through.

Can you match a specific paint color?

Yes. Choose "Painted: Custom Color" on the product, then add your paint code from any major brand in the order notes at checkout. We confirm the color with you before the build starts.

How does delivery work for furniture this size?

Large pieces ship by furniture freight, not parcel carriers. We coordinate a delivery window with you once your piece is finished. Full details are on our Shipping and Delivery page.

Where is your furniture made?

Every piece is handcrafted from solid wood to our exact specifications, then hand-finished in your chosen color and inspected in our East Tennessee workshop before it ships to you.

How do I pay?

Orders are paid in full at checkout. We accept all major cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
