Refund policy
Every Timber and Nail piece is finished to order in the stain or paint color you choose. Because your piece is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, and orders cannot be canceled once finishing work has begun.
Damage and defects
If your piece arrives damaged, or you find a defect in materials or workmanship, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue and the packaging. We will make it right with a repair or a replacement at no cost to you. If you notice damage to the packaging at delivery, note it on the delivery receipt before signing; this protects your claim.
Order changes
Need to change your finish color or delivery option after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible. We can accommodate changes up until finishing work begins on your piece.
Custom paint colors
For painted pieces, we confirm your exact paint code with you before any work begins. Once you confirm the color and finishing starts, the order is final.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
