Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is free on every order. Every piece is finished to order in our East Tennessee workshop, then shipped to you at no delivery cost. Here is how it works and what to expect.

Timing

Current lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order to shipment, plus delivery transit time. We confirm your order details within one business day, keep you updated while your piece is finished, and reach out to coordinate delivery once it is ready to ship.

Delivery

Your piece arrives carefully boxed in major components, with all hardware and clear step-by-step instructions. Assembly is straightforward with basic household tools. Shipping disassembled means your piece fits through stairwells and tight doorways that a fully assembled cabinet or desk simply cannot clear, and it keeps freight cost low enough that we can cover it for you rather than passing it on.

Your finish is complete before it ships. There is no staining or painting left for you to do. You are assembling a finished piece, not building one.

Delivery cost

Free. On every piece, to every address we serve.

Large pieces ship by furniture freight rather than parcel carriers, and that freight is on us. It is already built into the price you see on the product page, so nothing is added at checkout and your cost does not change based on how far you are from Tennessee. The number on the product page is the number you pay, plus applicable sales tax.

We deliver to all 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

Delivery day

Freight delivery is not like a regular package. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery window, and someone over 18 needs to be present to receive and sign for the shipment.

Before you sign, look the packaging over. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt before signing, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. That protects your coverage completely, and we will make it right with a repair or replacement at no cost to you.
