Shipping & Delivery
Every piece is finished to order in our East Tennessee workshop, then shipped to you. Here is how it works and what to expect.
Timing
Current lead time is 8 to 12 weeks from order to shipment. We confirm your order details within one business day, keep you updated while your piece is finished, and reach out to coordinate delivery once it is ready to ship.
Choose your delivery at checkout
Assembled Delivery, $400 to $700 by region. Your piece arrives fully assembled and ready for its spot. A freight carrier will call ahead to schedule a delivery window and bring it to your first doorway or garage. Clear a path, point to the entryway, done. Because freight costs depend on distance from our Tennessee workshop, the exact price for your address is shown at checkout:
- $400: TN, KY, GA, AL, NC, SC, VA
- $500: FL, MS, LA, AR, MO, IL, IN, OH, WV, MD, DE, PA, NJ, NY, DC
- $600: TX, OK, KS, NE, IA, MN, WI, MI, CT, RI, MA, VT, NH, ME, ND, SD
- $700: MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, UT, ID, NV, WA, OR, CA
Disassembled Delivery, flat $200 nationwide. Your piece arrives carefully boxed in major components, with all hardware and clear step-by-step instructions. Assembly is straightforward with basic household tools. A good option if you have stairs, tight doorways, or simply prefer to save on delivery.
Either way, your finish is complete before it ships. There is no staining or painting left for you to do. We currently deliver to the lower 48 states.
Delivery day
Freight delivery is not like a regular package. The carrier will contact you to schedule a window, and someone over 18 needs to be present. Before you sign for the delivery, look the packaging over. If you see damage, note it on the delivery receipt, photograph it, and contact us within 48 hours. That protects your coverage completely, and we will make it right.
